Notice is hereby given that a petition for extraordinary relief in the nature of a writ of mandamus was filed by mail under Rule 27(a) on September 21, 2009, and placed on the docket this 6th day of October, 2009. On consideration thereof, it is ordered that said petition is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
